Hey,

Has anyone been to Watchdog?

Seems to me that there are a lot of us with legitimate complaints against Fitness First which are not being dealt with fairly. I am going to email Watchdog (not sure if they've already covered it but I can't sit and do nothing!) - if anyone else wants to that would be ace!

I am also writing to the Office of Fair Trading which is even stronger:

I have contacted Watchdog and my local paper today. We are being charged a £10 deposit for new ID cards (that will also operate the lockers) that FF have initiated. I am also actively encouraging other members to complain about this unfair charge.

Good idea, thanks for the link. I've submitted a complaint to BBC watchdog.

 

I have emailed watchdog too.. hopefully the hundreds of people in our position will too..

Who is NIck Smith? if he works for fitness first why would I want to talk to him.. I have spoken with 6 Fitness First staff and gotten nowhere

 

Nick Smith is the Fitness Director, based in Poole - he's not much good to complain to.

I wrote to Nick smith and every thing got sorted with in 24 hours of him gettng my e-mail..he made a visit to the club too and sorted out a heck of a lot!

 

seems like that this Nick Chap is the person to speak to.
